DISASTER RESPONSE

Four English for Kids (“E4K”) Bible Camps were held this summer in Quebec, from June 27 through July 15, 2016. The annual camps are an outreach to non-believing, French-speaking children. Teams of volunteers from OP and Canadian reformed churches lead each camp. Missionary Associate Jennifer Nelson coordinated the 3 camps held in Quebec City; Mrs. Olivia Durham coordinated the camp held in St-Georges. Camp themes included Christ the King, the Birth of Jesus Christ, and Pilgrim’s Progress. With the help of local translators, the teams imparted gospel truths while teaching English with Bible stories, skits, songs, games, and crafts.
